The Member Support team is part of the Member Experience team and works on the front lines providing a support experience that is human, honest, and above all - awesome! We correspond directly with members by phone, live chat and email resolving problems and elevating the Member experience. Our partner is evolving all the time, and our community turns to us as the experts to offer guidance in an empathetic, authentic, human and direct way. The Customer Service Representative helps schedule and coordinate rides to medical facilities for customers who are not able to drive themselves. Our mission is to ensure they can get to and from their medical appointments on time with minimal effort or stress. We achieve this by making the scheduling process as smooth, simple, and painless for our customers as possible.
