What You’ll Do

• Answer calls from customers interested in satellite internet
• Recommend service plans and equipment based on customer needs
• Explain pricing, installation, speed, and availability
• Close sales while delivering a great customer experience
• Assist with orders and document customer interactions
• Meet and exceed sales conversion goals

What We’re Looking For

• Positive upbeat personalities       
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems
• Motivation to meet goals
• Flexibility to work various shifts in a 24/7 environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work onsite at 500 Penn Center Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235
• Ability to speak English & Spanish fluently
