Role Overview:
ibex is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our Wave iX team. This role is focused on growing revenue across enterprise accounts by delivering cutting-edge AI solutions in CX. The successful candidate will be skilled in consultative enterprise sales, passionate about AI-driven customer engagement, and adept at navigating complex client environments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
● Drive new business and expand existing enterprise relationships.
● Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
● Understand client CX ecosystems and challenges to position Wave iX solutions effectively.
● Sell across multiple solution areas: AI Virtual Agents (voice, email, chat), Real-Time Translation, and CCaaS platforms.
● Run targeted sales plays and campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deal cycles. Work experience with tools such as Salesloft or Outreach
● Partner with internal solution and delivery teams to ensure client success.
● Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and pipeline goals.
● Represent ibex Wave iX at client meetings, industry events, and executive forums.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
● 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or CX solutions.
● Familiarity with CCaaS solutions and contact center technologies.
● Previous experience with telephony platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Five9, or similar.
● Exposure to AI CX solutions such as Amazon Connect, Google CCAI, or IBM WatsonX.
● Proven ability to exceed quota and grow enterprise accounts.
● Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment.
● Ability to travel as needed.
