Job Summary

The Member Advocate (Call Center Representative) handles inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, and facilities. You will assist with transportation needs, verify eligibility, answer questions, and provide solutions with empathy and professionalism.

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls using our call distribution system.
  • Assist members with transportation scheduling and eligibility verification.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Follow approved scripts, compliance guidelines, and call quality standards.
  • Actively listen, show empathy, and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Meet performance goals for quality, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support trip scheduling.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on every call.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and expectations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work with diverse individuals.
